Tendon Stretching, or “Ba Duan Jin” (pronounced “bah do-wan gin”), is a set of 8 exercises to stretch the tendons and maintain the health of the internal organs. If you want to practice a simple routine that you can do for the rest of your life, develop strength and flexibility in your body, and enhance your longevity, give Tendon Stretching a try.

Pranayama/Breathwork is the science of using the breath to attain and maintain a healthy mind and body. Our classes will teach you breathing techniques that can help you to develop a lasting state of mental calmness, keep your internal organs healthy, and regulate other bodily functions such as heart rate. CLASS PRICES:
Classes are $60/month. Tuition is due on the first of each month. This price gives you access to unlimited classes during the month. For example, paying $60 on August 1st gives you access to unlimited classes for the month of August.
Individual (drop-in) classes are $15/each.
STUDENT CREDIT:
We are now offering a student credit program where you may apply the amount of tuition you pay toward products in the Masako’s Natural Herbal Remedies store. Click here for details.
NO CANCELLATION OR RESTART FEES
We do not charge cancellation or restarting fees. You may stop and restart your monthly tuition payments, if necessary. Simply email MasakosHerbs@gmail.com before the 1st of the month to put your account on hold.
